The Foundation’s bylaws provide for a governing board of not more than 15 directors who share fiduciary responsibility for the organization. There are currently four officers - a Board Chair, a Vice President, a Secretary and a CFO. The Board Chair also serves as President of the Foundation. Directors may serve three two- year terms. The officers may serve up to three one-year terms.

The Foundation newsletter, In the Stacks, is compiled by Carol Kurland and published several times a year.
Board Meetings are usually held the first Monday of every month from 5:00-7:00 pm in the Library.
Membership Meetings: Members are invited to attend periodic meetings, including the annual meeting usually held in November.
