Make a Financial Contribution
Our Library depends on the generous support and ongoing involvement of residents and local businesses. Cash gifts or multi-year pledges to the Belvedere-Tiburon Library Foundation are very welcome, and will give you a tax deduction in the year of donation. Checks should be made out to the Belvedere-Tiburon Library and sent to Belvedere-Tiburon Library, Library Director, 1501 Tiburon Blvd., Tiburon, CA 94920. You may also make an online contribution to the Library via Network for Good:

Gifts of real estate, automobiles, securities, or life insurance will similarly immediately help the Library and provide a tax deduction.

Join the Friends of the Library Society
Founded in 1998 to expand and enhance the Library's collection of books, reference materials, and audio and video, the Society has contributed thousands of dollars worth of new resources each year. Library Society members receive invitations to special events sponsored by the Society. To become an annual member of the Library Society, send a check for $50 or more -- made out to the Belvedere-Tiburon Library Foundation -- to the following address: Belvedere-Tiburon Library Foundation, P.O. Box 483, Tiburon, CA 94920. Dues and donations are deductible under federal and state tax provisions. Payment may also be made via the Network for Good icon above or by credit card by calling the Library Director at (415) 789-2656.

Donate Your Old Vehicle

Support the Library Endowment
To maintain the present high level of services, we must increase the Library's endowment. Local tax receipts cover only three-quarters of operating costs. Our Endowment fundraising is free of administrative costs, except for printing and mailing, as was all fundraising to build the library.

Donate Materials
The Library appreciates the donation of materials and is able to accept currently popular books, CDs, DVDs, videos and taped books that are in like-new condition. Due to space limitations, the library is not able to accept donations of collections of older materials. Call 789-2665 ext. 224 for information.

Volunteer
The Belvedere-Tiburon Library welcomes and encourages members of the community to volunteer their time and talents to enrich and expand library services. Volunteers may work on committees, special events, projects, and activities or on a regular basis in the library. Call 789-2656 for information or send an email message to refdesk@bel-tib-lib.org.
