Borrow an eReader
Experience the world of electronic reading with two new collections from the Belvedere-Tiburon Library.
Check Out a Nook Color or a Nook Touch
Our circulating ereader collection consists of five Nook Color and five Nook Touch ereaders that circulate to Belvedere and Tiburon residents for a week at a time. Each Nook is loaded with over 20 bestsellers and classics, including such recent hits as Steve Jobs, Catherine the Great, and Death Comes to Pemberley. To borrow a Nook, look for the display on top of the bestseller shelf that faces you as you enter the main part of the Library.
Nooks are not holdable: Please call the Reference Desk at 789-2661 to see if one is available now. If yes, we can set one aside for you to pick up within two hours.
See a list of the titles currently on our Nook eReaders.
Spend Some Time in the Petting Zoo
Our Petting Zoo collection consists of an iPad 2, a Nook Color, a Nook Touch, and a Kindle. This collection is for library use only and is available to residents who want to try out the new generation of ereaders and tablet computers. Stop by the circulation desk to try out one of these new devices! A valid photo ID is required and will be held at the Library's Circulation Desk during use.Books on the Nook eReaders as of January 22, 2013
